The larger left bright spot on Ceres measures about 13 km in diameter, while the luminous portion of Grand Rapids measures about 23 km. More
I am posting this interesting article by Kathy Forti about a NASA scientist’s disclosure of alien activity on the dark side of the Moon. I believe it closely relates to the bright spot phenomenon seen on Ceres. More
An image of the crater released by NASA on June 6th taken from an altitude of 4500 km shows the bright spots in even greater detail; see latest photo above. The interpretation that we are viewing a planetoid based space city or mining colony continues to look even more probable. More
