LaViolette reviews evidence showing that pulsars are communication beacons engineered by intelligent beings and which form a far reaching Galactic “GPS” navigation system. He also shows that certain of these beacons are trying to inform us about the Galactic superwave phenomenon. He also deciphers a date encoded in the Avebury Manor crop circle that may be indicating an important future date and shows that this matches the 2037 date encoded in the periods of the Crab and Vela pulsars which may be conveying a superwave message.
